Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t track you around the web.

Who we are

Thumbs Up is a web design and development studio in Belgrade, Serbia, run by Nikola Tomić and Velimir Petronijević. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@studiothumbsup.com.

What we collect

When you use “Start a project”, we receive your name, your email address and the option you picked (for example “a redesign”). If you then book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email and the time you chose.

Like every website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies for profiling.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if we work together, run the project. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers to do this: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers form messages to our inbox, and Cal.com handles call bookings. Some of them may process data outside Serbia; they do so under their own data-protection terms. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep project correspondence for as long as the project and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@studiothumbsup.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
